Connie… “I remember when this album came out, popping it into my car CD player fresh out of Walmart with my 3 kids and Hubby, we were headed to the beach. One goal… to learn every word to “Summertime” before we got there!” That Goal was accomplished with about 20 repeats!

Michelle… Well, since Connie took my first fave on the album (LOL) I am picking Living In Fast Forward because it’s such a fun song and I can picture Kenny singing this song on stage in my head every time I hear it in the car, on my iPod, etc. It’s such a fast paced, high energy song and it puts me right there in the sandbar watching him move like lightning across the stage, giving his fans everything! I also think about him personally when I hear the lyrics. Although I know Kenny did not write the song, I feel like it was written just for him and his busy life on the road.

“My friends all grew up, they settled down
Built nice little houses on the outskirts of town

Secretly, I think many of us have “worried” about him over the years and just want him to be happy. One thing is for sure, he sure seems happy up on that stage! Thank you Kenny!
