“Good morning ladies! I have to share my incredible news with you. You heard Kenny will be in Boston tomorrow for a record release party …. I won a contest and am having lunch with him tomorrow and we will be listening to his album. I can’t even believe it. I am dying right now!! I can cross meeting Kenny Chesney off my bucket list. So excited! I know you guys have met him so I have to ask if he’s a huger? Are you allowed to hug him before you get your pic taken or a handshake??? I still can’t believe it! I’m a huger so I’m going for it. Maybe I’ll ask him if it’s okay – I don’t want to catch him off guard. Thanks. Can’t wait to fill you in!”

“So it was awesome! He was so nice and kind of shy and very humble. It was a pretty small room with a small group of people. Very intimate. The DJ talked with him, asked questions live broadcast and in between played some songs from the live album. I have a ton of pics and video. They said we could Snapchat, Facebook Live or whatever. When it was time for the pic I said Hi and he put his hand out and I said… can I have hug and he said of course. Then my friend hugged him and then I had my Love for Love City T-shirt in my hand and asked if he could sign it. He said oh I can’t and then they rushed us to take a pic. Then he grabbed me and hugged me again and said thank you for coming. I think he felt really bad about not being able to sign my shirt. I turned around and said Boston Loves you Kenny and patted me on the back and said thank you. He is so sweet! He was a little under the weather so I felt kind of bad for him. It was so cool. Non-Kenny fans kept saying he’s probably a jerk hope your not disappointed. Nope. He was just like I thought he would be. Humble and Kind. I have a ton of pics. I had my phone low trying to be discreet because I know he doesn’t really like you to waste your time on your phone and live in the moment.”
