“Navigating The Ticket Buying Process For a Kenny Chesney Show”

 

Your patience is going to be very important.  Remember, this tour is way different than a stadium tour… the amphitheaters and arenas have a much smaller sandbar. Venues will sell out quickly. There may only be 200-300 sandbar tickets avaliable for each venue. Some will be set aside for VIP options and then the rest will go into general sale. This is when being a member of the paid ($25) part of KennyChesney.com has it’s benefits. You get a special passcode to purchase tickets much earlier than everyone else. Always go to Kenny Chesney.com and the tour page to purchase your tickets 1st.  Use those links to purchase your tickets based off of what show you choose. Most venues use Ticketmaster. A few venues will use their own ticketing. The best way to know you are going to the proper place is by using KennyChesney.com The tour page has links that direct you to the correct ticketing site the venue is using.

Be careful while on ticketmaster and watch out for something they called “Platinuim” tickets…

Fans scouring Ticketmaster for good seats may notice an option called “Official Platinum Seats.” The Ticketmaster markets them as “some of the best seats in the house,” but sells them at a significant markup to the face value of seats with similar views. That option should only be used if you cannot get tickets after they have been on sale for a while. It is essentially ticketmaster scalping there own tickets. 

 

We posted on our Facebook page some of the VIP packages that will be offered this tour. Those prices range from $550-$250. Each package includes different options.with the top choice having early entry into the Sandbar. Check it out on the page if you want to be prepared. If VIP isn’t your deal the regular tickets are going to range between $39-$129.

 

It will get crazy on Friday for the presale so if your buying your tickets then, just be patient and be ready. Wait times to get into ticketing will be long. When you finally do get in they may not have the tickets you want avaliable. You can always wait for general sale on December 7th. They will release the rest of the inventory then and seats may open up that are better than what you pulled for presale. There is NO rhyme to the reason. You are taking chances no matter what. This is why it is the most stressful time of the year for a No Shoes Nation member… we can’t ALL get the good seats or Sandbar passes… there are just too many of us that love Kenny Chesney.
