One Man, His Music & The No Shoes Nation… how we are one big family because of all of it!

Michelle and Connie often think of how blessed we are to have this extended family called the No Shoes Nation. As the lyrics say… “Some say we’re the land of misfit toys, an insane mix of girls and boys” but we all sure seem to fit together just perfectly when it comes to Kenny!

When we stop and think about this family and really dissect how we could possibly have so many dear friends all because of Kenny Chesney’s music… we are simply amazed. How could so many genuine people somehow find each other and become such great friends? The music seems to bind us together. Even without a tour we have stayed close and have kept in touch.

Our No Shoes Nation family consists of doctors, nurses, professors, realtors, retirees and teachers! We have interns, students, singers, artists. There are photographers, number crunchers, bartenders and business owners, who we all love dearly. We are extremely proud of our sisters and brothers that are animal welfare advocates, child welfare advocates and the many humanitarians. Let’s not forget the ones who travel from afar… our Canadians, Australians, Europeans and Islanders. We all want to be the beach bums and gym rats. We are honored that many veterans and military officers have joined us on this journey as well—thank you all for your service. Lastly we say a prayer for our many cancer survivors.
